Hand Held Safety Lances for Precision Concrete Hydrodemolition

Our Hand Held hydrodemolition tools are used for precision & mass removal of concrete, plumbed into portable units with an output of 20 – 250 litres per minute, and up to 3000 bar working pressure. Mostly used in spaces with restricted access with accuracy to the millimetre required. Our mass removal gimbal mounted lances use jetting units of up to 450kw and can cut over 1 metre thick.

Surface Preparation & Coatings Removal uses Ultra High Pressure Water Jets to clean and prepare surfaces, such as removing paint, rust, or other coatings, this is known as Hydroblasting. This technque is safer and more cost effective than alternatives like dry abrasive blast cleaning or mechanical methods. Typically these are used on Steel Surfaces or Concrete Surfaces.

We use a Limpet for Steel Surface Preparation that attaches to the steel structure using a powerful vaccum and also removes all wastewater, dust and debris via it’s filtration system. This is typically used on storage tanks, bridges & large marine structures. Often used for surface maintenance, it can also be used for cleaning welded seams.
