At RGL we believe that we are nothing without our customers and that their perception (and hopefully satisfaction) of the services we deliver are fundamental to developing ways to continuously improve. To capture these views, we send out a questionnaire to each client when a job is completed and discuss any returned feedback whether it is positive or negative.

Over the past 5 years we have received feedback as follows: 

  • 97% of clients would be likely to invite RGL to carry out more work for future projects.

  • 94% of clients felt that RGL provided value for money.

  • 100% of clients rated the clarity and quality of RGL RAMS documents fair or excellent.

  • 100% of clients stated that RGL carried out safe, efficient and diligent site works.

Although the results are very positive, there is constantly room for improvement and no place for complacency.
