Distance Remote Control Water Jet Cutting

For applications where access to the work face is restricted, we are able to set up and operate our cutting equipment up to several hundred meters away, even working at height is not a problem for RGL.

The UHP Pump Unit stays at ground level and the control lines run to the work face. Our remote system is intrinsically safe as it uses hydraulic power. A (EExd) CCTV camera can be supplied to monitor the cut line and progress.

In addition to working remotely we have the ability to collect the waste as we work making it both more efficient and environmentally friendly.
