Ship Hull Preparation

Using our remote control UHP “Limpet Crawler” system, hand held Ultra High Pressure (UHP) lances or a combination of the two we have successfully prepared the hulls of many different ocean going vessels including yachts, oil tankers, aircraft carriers and submarines.

UHP technology lends itself perfectly to the removal of rust, marine growth, anti fouling, paint and other coatings from these large smooth surfaces, whether paint or silicon based. By using our vacuum recovery systems we can ensure that any waste is easily and safely contained and disposed off, protecting the environment.
